Functions and Usage

Audio Recording Experience
Currently, internal sound recording is unavailable for phones with OS below Android 10. Hence, Vidma Recorder Pro uses a built-in microphone to record audio. In this case, both the background sound and internal sound that is captured from the device will be recorded.

For phones on Android 10 or higher, there is an option to record ‘internal audio’ or ‘internal audio and microphone’ simultaneously.

Sounds may not be completely captured on communicating apps such as ZOOM, Google Meet or WhatsApp because of the competing access to microphone at the same time. If there is another app using the microphone to capture the audio (ie. the microphone is occupied), Vidma Recorder Pro will not have full access to the audio; only the audio from users or audio from the background will be fully captured.
File Size Limit
While there is no time limit to the recording, there may be a file size limit on the Android system. As a result, screen recording may be interrupted once this file size limit has been reached.
Video Resolution
The resolution has an overall effect on the image quality of videos. The higher the resolution, the clearer the video. Vidma Recorder Pro offers resolution of up to 1080P on the paid version, and up to 720P on the free version.

Do note that the resolution affects the file size of videos, and screen recording may be interrupted due to your phone’s file size limit.
Video Quality
Video quality impacts your video file size through pixels. The higher the video quality, the higher the pixels count. Vidma Recorder Pro offers up to excellent quality for both free and paid version.

Do note that the quality also affects the file size of videos, and screen recording may be interrupted due to your phone’s file size limit.
Frames Per Second (FPS)
FPS affects the smoothness of the video. Vidma Recorder Pro offers resolution of up to 60FPS on both the free and paid version.

Note that as frame rate increases, file size and bandwidth also increase. Screen recordings may be interrupted due to your phone’s file size limit.
Facecam
Vidma Recorder Pro comes with the Facecam feature, allowing you to do a live recording of your face or your surrounding in an online video or screen recording. This creates engagement in your video content. You can easily activate this feature under Settings.
Floating Window
Vidma Recorder Pro allows you to activate a Floating Window. This Floating Window can be dragged to any position within the application or even outside the main application window, so that you can easily start screen recording by tapping on it, without opening the Vidma Recorder Pro app.
Countdown Timer
This feature gives a buffer time before screen recording begins. The countdown timer will appear on the screen before screen recording. You can preset the countdown buffer under Settings.
